Well what a very slow day. Labor days is approaching so its normal... Got the first short for 4 ticks, the long I didn't take.
The concept continues to be.
Anyway, take longs. What you do is wait for a peak in volume pace, then go for the first light green bar that closes on its high. For shorts, wait for a peak in volume pace and go for the first light red bar that closes on its low.

This month I'm going to try out this system from Richard from www.movethemarkets.com witch looks very interesting.

This system consists on going for momentum. Going for momentum means buying high and selling higher, and not sitting through pullbacks .In other words, we don't care about the predominant trend from some higher timeframe, and we don't care about getting in on an early pullback. We want signs of power in the market, more than anything. Of course those will happen during trends, so the ideas are related for sure.

What a day!! Great trading although I just could trade at the afternoon I got some good ticks on a short at ES. The end of trend indicator told me to get out before the next signal.

Well, back from the big weekend and today 2 risk0 signals. The first one was a tough one, it moved 9 ticks against you but the 12 tick stop rule should keep you in. Also the last plot cycle (the pink dots) were far away. If you keep in the second arrow is just a confirmation. If you bailed on the first signal you re-enter on the second one to recover the loss.

I got no trades today due to day job time.

1st trade: long at 1014.75 better fill than arrow at 1015, out at 1014 when eot gave me a spike to get out. lost 3 ticks

Well, although I lost some ticks, I fell good because I simply followed my trading plan rules and didn't broke it.

Well today I took two trades winners quick scalps:

1st trade: 10:30 cyan arrow short: 4 ticks short and out (should stayed more time)
2nd trade: 11:15 cyan arrow long: 4 ticks long and out ( there was a big drop so was more risky to go long here)

Hello There,

I've been studing the risk profile 0 trading in EOTPro NCEP tecnology and I was very impressed with the results so I decided to take a shot at it and trying to trade this very simple system.

The system trades e-mini S&P500 index future and tries to find very low risk oportunities in the index to trade.
As you should know the ncep technology consists of trading when there's' a signal presented by an arrow in the chart to trade in that direction. The different color of the arrows consists of different levels of risk for that particular trade. The risk0 system I'm trading uses just the cyan arrows that are the low risk and end of trend indicator at the bottom to look for the good exit point.

EOTPRO is releasing NCEP ( neural networking with a complex event processing component ) to all our NinjaTrader clients in Mid January.

NCEP is available for the NinjaTrader Platform only (if you have another platform please visit us in the live trade room for an option we can offer you) we will be working closely with Mirus Futures to provide a solution for you.

NCEP is a neural network that plots the statistical probability of every trade on the chart live for every entry signal.

The results were based on 10 years of market data, the markets most recent data is more heavily weighted.
The calculations were based on 14 EOTPRO indicators, with heavy emphasis on cycles, volume, multiple time frames, price action and the latest version of Bills entry arrows.

The user is now able to filter the entries to what ever percentage they wish with a simple input. For example, if you would like to see entries with statical probabilities over 65% you can. Over 100 trades, you can be assured that these signals will be 65% or better based on past market data calculations and results.
Future performance results may differ. Please read our disclaimer on our website.

The statistics are based on a 6 tick stop on ES. Target 1 is 5 ticks, target 2 is 8 ticks and taget3 is 13 ticks. Other markets have different targets and stops.

Initially the markets that will be available are:
Sp500 e-mini 4 range , British pound futures 5 range and Gold futures 6 range, but other futures markets will be available in the near future.

We will also offer a special customization feature that will allow you to choose what market you would like NCEP to be calculated on with your own, time frame, stops, and custom targets. IntraBar Tick Volume Indicator for Ninja

This indicator is very important and it's free!
This indicator plots a box in the upper left hand corner that shows the Up tick volume, Down tick volume and total tick volume, followed by the percentage of Up tick volume. If the percentage >= 55, the plot turns green. If < 45, it turns red. In between those two is Gray.
To install the indicator, copy it to the "C:\Documents and Settings\USER\My Documents\NinjaTrader 6.5\bin\Custom\Indicator" folder. Then, using the NinjaScript Editor (Control Center - Tools/Edit NinjaScript/Indicator), open any indicator. Press F5 to compile it. Close the indicator you just compiled. BB_BarVol will then be available to load on any chart.

New Auto System for Breakout Open ES

Hello, I've been very busy on auto trading project and so I think, I've come up with something that has some possibilities. The system auto trades the ES on the fist half hour only and then stops. It has an entry criteria based on volume on the opening range of the day on ES. Check it out!
I'm going to market replay then I'll post here the results. For this month the system is doing great with just one losing day.

New Arrows dedicated to currency futures!!

I've made some changes on the system for trading the 6B currency (British Pound) and I found this fine looking system that has been doing great these days. The system consists of entering on a yellow arrow but you need to confirm with the color of the bar and the RMO oscillator color also. This week was awesome!!!

Yesterday I tested some trades simulated on the bonds FGBM and that was tough!!!
Well, I took some good trades on 6B, 6B actually as been doing very well and is now my favorite currency futures to trade. The system is the same, when you get an yellow arrow, get in! then take some profits at a point and trail the last contract. Very simple scalping technique!! And I'm just trading 1 hour per day 8AM to 9AM GMT time.

Bills Arrows version 1 - Back to origins

Well, I've been posting for some days, but I needed to install all the system and software.. so I'm now working on EOTpro Bills arrows version 1 and checking them out.

So, In recent versions of Bills Arrows i get to many signals and also many bad ones, so I came back to the origins and made a new template bases on one i saw on Big Mike trading forum and liked a lot. So i'm backtesting this arrows witch also has the new ones.

The system is this:
--> Get in the market with a limit order!! when a green or red arrow appears, go for 4 ticks profit and trail the last contract.
--> Do not enter when:
green arrow and there's a red signals
red arrow and there's a green signals

If price goes against you, get out when.

--> you lose 7 ticks
--> one signals changes color (not the paint bars)

I'm still seeing better ways, here's a pic:

Hard Disk Crash!

It started with a strange sound, windows stopped responding. Of course, hard disk problem! Fortunately, i have backups of everything but not the last days. Then everything started NOT working. Ok, time to re-install windows. And it's a perfect time to go windows 7. So I'm now on windows 7 and everything is up again, also on a new hard drive. But i need the last data i don't made backup and the hard disk is making a strange noise so do you know what I did ?
I put the broken hard disk on the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then I plugged again on the PC and voilá.. it's working again! Of course I just used to copy the information i needed and when the disk went hot again the problems came. So i'm seeing online backups services and Carbonite one looks very good!
